Security Requirements:- No active Secret or Top Secret security clearance is required.
- Candidates must be eligible to obtain IRS Staff-Like Access following contract award.
- Personnel requiring access to IRS facilities, systems, or Sensitive But Unclassified (SBU) information must successfully complete the IRS personnel security process before beginning work. This includes:
- IRS suitability determination
- FBI fingerprinting
- Background investigation (SF-85/SF-85P, as applicable)
- Tax compliance verification
- U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent residency verification
- Execution of required Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) and IRS security forms
Notes:- Strong preference for candidates with IRS or Federal Government IT modernization experience.
- Experience with enterprise Java development, APIs, middleware, OpenShift, and microservices will be highly competitive.
