The PlanIT Group is seeking a strong Applications PM/BA with expereince working with Azure Develops environments. Other duties and responsibilities are listed below:
- Document project requirements, assist in creating process and technology solutions, create User Stories, handle UAT, and perform analysis on multiple problems
- Operate between the business and technology to ensure all parties are satisfied with the outcome
- Assist with maturing Agile Scrum environment across all platforms
- Facilitate backlog grooming sessions and scrum meetings
- 5+ years of experience in a Business Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, or Systems Analyst role
- Strong experience in a software development environment
- Comprehensive knowledge of Agile / Scrum and project management tools
- Proven experience with use case diagrams and process flow creation
- Exceptional written and verbal communications skills are a must as documentation and discussion facilitation are a core part of the role
- Experience successfully working in a fast-paced, change-oriented environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience managing multiple projects and demands with various priorities and deadlines
- Experience in product support in a professional setting strongly preferred
- Experience with Azure DevOps and Microsoft products
- Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study
