Qualifications

• Prioritize and support NPI activities to drive customer growth
• Oversee project delivery on-time and with high quality
• Stay updated on market trends and product capabilities
• Determine optimal manufacturing locations in coordination with global operations
• Resolve technical problems and address customer concerns
• Drive Engineering Change Orders and New Product Releases
• Utilize global resources to enhance project efficiency
• Create cost models for new designs with manufacturing input
• Lead comprehensive product development to convert opportunities into revenue
• Organize and publish regional reports for meetings
• Maintain organized project documentation
• Travel with Sales team for technical presentations as needed
• Quickly resolve technical quality issues
