Full Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Frontend Application Developer to support a mission-critical geospatial visualization program that provides web-based access to GEOINT data and products across the federal government. This role will contribute to the development and modernization of applications that enable users to access, integrate, and visualize geospatial intelligence data in an on-demand environment.
Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, test, and maintain modern web applications using Angular, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
  • Lead and support Angular framework upgrades and migration efforts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, subcontractors, and geographically dispersed team members to deliver mission-focused solutions.
  • Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions and implementation roadmaps.
  • Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), service level objectives (SLOs), and other metrics to support continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to software architecture, design reviews, and technical decision-making.
  • Support integration, testing, deployment, and sustainment activities across the software development lifecycle.
  • Ensure software solutions meet security, performance, and scalability requirements.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related STEM field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience developing web applications using Angular and TypeScript.
  • Demonstrated experience performing Angular framework migrations and upgrades.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern front-end development practices.
  • Experience working within Agile/Scrum development environments.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and align technical solutions with business objectives.
  • Experience establishing and tracking KPIs, SLOs, and operational metrics.
  • Active Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI eligibility.
  • U.S. Citizenship required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working within Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environments or Agile Release Trains.
  • Experience with Java and/or Python development.
  • Familiarity with geospatial intelligence (GEOINT) systems or visualization applications.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.
