Job Description:

Lahey Clinic's Division of Endocrinology, Diabetes & Metabolism is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing academic endocrinology team. This position offers a predominantly diabetes-focused practice with opportunities to care for patients with thyroid disease and other endocrine disorders.

Schedule
  • Full-time outpatient position based primarily in Peabody, MA.
  • No routine weekends or holidays.
  • Protected administrative time built into the schedule.
  • Balanced workload designed to support high-quality patient care, professional growth, and work-life balance.

  • Join a thriving multidisciplinary academic division that includes:
  • 11 Endocrinologists
  • 8 Advanced Practice Providers
  • 3 Endocrinology Fellows
  • 1 Advanced Practice Provider Fellow
  • Diabetes Educators, Clinical Pharmacists, Dietitians, Nurses, and dedicated support staff.


Required Qualifications

Pay Range:
$133,120.00 USD - $215,000.00 USD

The pay range listed for this position is the annual base salary range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law.
