- Work with our close partners at Expo & Software Mansion, by testing out new feature releases and providing feedback
- Create tooling and infrastructure that improves developer velocity and code quality across the mobile team
- Establish monitoring and observability systems to track app performance, release health, and user experience metrics
- Collaborate with both product engineers and other infrastructure engineers to ensure infrastructure decisions enable feature development rather than constrain it

- Join an ambitious team that moves fast, works hard, and loves what we build - plus, attend really cool parties!
What you'll bring:- 3+ years of experience building mobile applications with React Native
- Experience with Expo and managing mobile build/deployment infrastructure
- Strong understanding of New Architecture, React Compiler, and modern performance optimization techniques
- Track record of improving developer experience using CI/CD automation, observability systems (such as Sentry), and infrastructure tooling
- A builder's mindset - you enjoy automating, optimizing, and empowering teams through great tooling
- Deep sense of ownership and dedication to delivering ambitious outcomes on fast timelines
- A collaborative, pragmatic approach - you care about outcomes more than ego
What we offer:- 401(k) with up to 6% matching
