Full Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY:

In a collaborative and multidisciplinary environment, contributes professional and clinical expertise to assigned patient populations to ensure the delivery of high quality care. Scope of practice will encompass expert clinical practice, expert guidance and coaching of patients and families and other healthcare providers, research leadership (clinical, professional, and systems). Duties are performed in accordance with the NJ Board of Nursing guidelines for Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

EDUCATION:

* Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program as determined by the Committee on Allied Health. Education and Accreditation or a current Registered Professional Nurse and Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program/Masters in Nursing. *

EXPERIENCE:

* Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical practice experience in area Primary Care/ Urgent Care

SPECIAL SKILLS:

* Evidence of excellent interpersonal skills, effective communication skills, and creative problem solving. * Participation in pertinent professional and/or specialty organizations preferred. * BLS certification * Serve on call and/or weekend as required.

Salary
  • Minimum new grad base salary $122,600 K. Salary commensurate with years of experience as an NP/PA.
  • Generous w RVU production incentive.
  • Ability to earn up to 10% quality incentive
