Responsibilities:
Plan, implement / assist Engineering team in quarterly / yearly upgrades for hardware, firmware, and software for yearly roadmaps.
Assist with around the clock monitoring, acting on alerts, analyzing errors, trends, and resolutions
Identify and recommend optimization & error reduction and performance improvement enhancement
Takes a lead role in collaborating with customers, business analysts, partners, and IT team members to understand business requirements that drive the analysis and design of quality technical solutions.
