• A minimum of 12+ years experience in the IT development of which the last 8 years needs to be in API development.
• Minimum of 4+ years as apigee tech lead with clear understanding of apigee product and development practices.
• A Minimum of 2+ years experience on architecting, designing apigee based engagements.
• Apigee certified professional.
• Strong knowledge of security aspects of Apigee not limiting to 2 way TLS, trust stores, OAuth 2.0 integrations and SAML Integration.
• Platform expertise with strong knowledge on underlying infrastructure for apigee.
• Strong knowledge on API Patterns and be able to setup guidelines for the engineering team to develop on patterns.
• Expertise in developing tooling required to automate processes.
• Experience in implementing solutions using Apigee Extensions.
• Experience with any of these: Docker, Kubernetes
• Experience in TDD and specifically implementing TDD/BDD for apigee components
• Experience in Test/Mock frameworks like jUnit, JMockit, Mockito, Wiremock, Cucumber, Mocha, etc.
• Experience in rolling out Drupal based developer portal.
• Understand of microservices architecture to conceptualize overall API solutions.
• Experience implementing apigee platform compliance requirements like PII, PCI DSS, etc.
