Apartment Property Manager

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of previous apartment management experience required, including supervising onsite staff.
• Stable work history demonstrating reliability.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills with a focus on performance management.
• Proven sales, marketing, and customer service abilities.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing conventional communities of 200+ units.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus, but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations for a 654-unit conventional community.
• Lead, manage, and develop onsite team members through coaching and training.
• Report key performance indicators, including financial and occupancy metrics.
• Manage rent collection and address delinquencies while monitoring operating expenses.
• Investigate and resolve resident concerns and policy violations professionally.
• Drive leasing performance through effective sales and marketing strategies.
• Conduct routine property inspections and community walk-throughs.
