Summary

Kaiser Permanente - Washington Permanente Medical Group is seeking a full-time (1.0 FTE) BE/BC Anesthesiologist physician. This position is based at our Capitol Hill Medical Center in Seattle Washington.

Position Highlights:

This is a multi-disciplinary Anesthesiology practice involving the full breadth of elective and acute care general surgery. There is a team spirit of collaboration with an emphasis on continuous learning, education, quality improvement, and standardization of care and best practices. We have a full multi-disciplinary team of physicians and robust support staff, including CRNAs, RNs, and MAs.

Compensation and Benefits
  • Salary Range:$488,452 to $574,649 (salary will be prorated based on FTE, new hire salaries will be based on factors such as education, training and experience)
  • Value Based Incentive Program: Annual bonus opportunity based on organizational and team-based performance on access, service and experience goals
  • Generous Employer Retirement Contributions: Upon eligibility, WPMG contributes a percent of your base salary to your 401(k), with optional employee contributions and immediate 100% vesting
