Anaplan Manager

Work you'll do As an Anaplan Manager on the Finance Transformation team, you will be responsible for leading client-facing planning transformation initiatives and delivering scalable Anaplan solutions.
- Lead the design, build, and deployment of Anaplan models for planning, budgeting, forecasting, workforce planning, and scenario analysis use cases
- Facilitate client sessions to define business requirements, model structure, data needs, and implementation priorities
- Manage project workstreams, delivery timelines, and quality reviews across cross-functional teams and stakeholder groups
- Oversee testing, deployment, integration, and post-production support activities for Anaplan implementations
- Coach junior practitioners, review model development standards, and identify opportunities to expand solution adoption

Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
- 6+ years of experience implementing Anaplan solutions
- 4+ years of experience applying Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes, including gathering business requirements and translating them into model design, calculations, dashboards, user stories, deployment, and production support
- 4+ years of experience leading project workstreams, project teams, or direct reports
- Experience with Anaplan model building, testing, deployment, and support for planning or forecasting use cases
- Ability to travel 25-50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
Preferred:
- Anaplan Model Builder certification, Anaplan Solution Architect, or Master Anaplanner certification
- Experience integrating Anaplan with Enterprise Resource Planning, Human Capital Management, or Customer Relationship Management platforms
- Experience supporting finance transformation, enterprise performance management, or supply chain planning programs
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $134,500 to $265,100.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
