What role you will play in our team

  • Support efforts to improve product performance through various testing and evaluation activities.
  • Contribute to developing solutions that align with customer requirements and industry expectations.


What you will do

  • Prepare and blend samples according to project requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed.
  • Support the setup and execution of experiments to evaluate fluid properties.
  • Utilize available tools and systems to ensure efficient workflows.
  • Perform measurements of relevant physical and chemical characteristics.
  • Analyze experimental data and summarize findings for project teams.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to support development activities.
  • Prepare documentation and share results with stakeholders as needed.
  • Follow established safety guidelines and maintain a clean, compliant work environment.
  • Ensure equipment is properly maintained and procedures meet quality standards.


About you

Skills & Qualifications:
  • B.S. degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field.
  • Hands-on experience with lubricant formulation and testing such as foams, emulsion, viscosity, thermal, HFRR, MTM, and EHL.
  • Familiarity with high-throughput experimentation techniques and automated systems.
  • Knowledge of various research principles and testing methods.
  • Familiarity with ASTM and ISO Standards.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.


Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
  • Experience with statistical design of experiments (DOE).
  • Knowledge of industry standards for lubricants and tribology testing.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.
