About youSkills & Qualifications: - B.S. degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field.
- Hands-on experience with lubricant formulation and testing such as foams, emulsion, viscosity, thermal, HFRR, MTM, and EHL.
- Familiarity with high-throughput experimentation techniques and automated systems.
- Knowledge of various research principles and testing methods.
- Familiarity with ASTM and ISO Standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience:- Experience with statistical design of experiments (DOE).
- Knowledge of industry standards for lubricants and tribology testing.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.
