Primary Purpose:The Analyst IV, Data performs data analysis, builds dashboards and reports, and contributes to the development of data models and metrics that support day to day and long-term decision making.
*Our flexible/hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at one of our core locations and 2 remote days. Our core office location for this role is Salisbury, NC or Quincy, MA. *Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.Duties and Responsibilities:- Gather, clean, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources.
- Identify patterns, trends, and anomalies through analytical and statistical techniques.
- Build dashboards, data visualizations, and reporting artifacts.
- Support KPI creation and performance measurement.
- Monitor data quality, identify issues, and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with data engineers to enhance data pipelines and data structures.
- Document analytical processes and communicate insights to stakeholders.
- Partners with cross-functional stakeholders to define reporting requirements, refine KPIs, and ensure analytics align to business objectives.
- Leads key aspects of change management by shaping data-driven recommendations, guiding stakeholders through process or tooling changes, and enabling adoption across multiple teams.
- Share expertise and best practices with peers through informal coaching, knowledge sharing, and review of analytical approaches to strengthen team capability and consistency.
- May be called upon to support critical escalations and must be available during urgent IT incidents as needed.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of work experience.
- 5+ years of data analysis experience.
- Proficiency with SQL and data visualization tools.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across business and technical teams.
Preferred Qualifications:- Experience with statistical packages or light scripting (Python, R).
Salary Range: $125,040 - $187,560
Actual compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on their unique qualifications and experience, internal equity, and market conditions. Final compensation decisions will be made in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.
