The role is responsible for supporting transactions and maintenance for the firm's portfolio of real estate physical assets. Working under limited supervision, the Analyst will partner closely with senior members of the Real Estate investment team to provide analytical and tactical support on prospective and current commercial real estate investment opportunities.
Key Responsibilities and Duties- Completes research in all areas of real estate, including background research, corporate relationships and the valuation and recommendation of the property.
- Prepares financial analysis/modeling of real estate portfolio level to review appraisals and valuations.
- Conducts ROI analysis for potential acquisitions of new properties or expansion of current properties.
- Communicates with investors regarding real estate portfolio performance.
- Assists in investment and operational due diligence on private capital identified for inclusion on the firm's platform.
- Keeps abreast of investment opportunities and successfully communicates information to the investment team.
- Communicates frequently with construction management and commercial property development to discuss concerns pertaining to properties.
- Maintains a pipeline of investment ideas that are in market or coming to market over a 12 month period.

Preferred Qualifications - 1+ years of transferable experience in the investment management industry
- Bachelor's degree; concentration in Mathematics, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Business, or similar is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Fair Value GAAP Accounting, particularly how it applies to private fund investment performance.
- Must possess a high aptitude of analytical and mathematical skills which are required for calculating, reviewing and disseminating performance information.
- Data aggregation and relational database analytics skills are required, demonstrated though knowledge of excel pivot tables, data visualization software such as Tableau (preferred) or Power BI.
- Ability to manipulate data, and construct data pipelines in Python/R
- Experience using Kiro or other agentic AI development tools to improve data pipelines, reporting processes, validation routines, or analytics workflows.
- Must show superior customer service by generating and responding to client requests in a timely manner as well have the interpersonal skills to interact with both internal and external clients
- Must be able to communicate effectively both in writing and orally.
- Must also be proficient in the use of third-party financial industry databases and Microsoft Office. The ability to cooperate in a team environment is also critical.
- Pursuit or completion of CIPM, CAIA, and CFA designations encouraged.
- Prior experience in Private Equity Real Estate. Knowledge of NCREIF Data and Query Tool.
- Working knowledge of Yardi GL Accounting systems.
- Experience building models in a production environment with Anaplan.

Base Pay Range: $82,000/yr - $95,000/yr
Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
