Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesCandidates must be willing to participate in at least one in-person interview.The Global Logistics & Trade Compliance Analyst addresses complex international supply chain risks and regulatory hurdles across import and export operations. This role resolves friction in customs clearance, tariff classification, and trade documentation while tracking landed costs. By monitoring regulatory updates and analyzing performance metrics, the position minimizes financial exposure and ensures seamless operational flow across cross-functional teams.
What Success Looks Like (Objectives):- Execute day-to-day import and export compliance activities; ensure alignment with international trade regulations and organizational compliance OKRs
- Collect and analyze logistics performance data; leverage AI analytics tools to identify duty-saving opportunities and optimize landed costs
- Track regulatory changes and tariff policies; summarize strategic impacts for sourcing, procurement, legal, and finance partners
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and internal teams; resolve transport delays and maintain seamless operational flow
- Maintain standard operating procedures and prepare comprehensive audit materials; support ongoing process improvement projects
Skills, Experience and RequirementsCore Skills and Competencies (What you'll bring):- Foundational expertise in global customs concepts, HTS classification, country of origin verification, and trade documentation
- AI Literacy to analyze supply chain data, track logistics performance, and uncover duty-optimization insights
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify supply chain inefficiencies and mitigate trade compliance risks
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills to partner effectively with sourcing, procurement, legal, and logistics teams
- Exceptional organizational skills with rigorous attention to detail when conducting compliance audits and maintaining SOPs
Additional Qualifications:- Exposure to working with third-party logistics providers (3PLs), freight forwarders, or customs brokers
- Relevant coursework, entry-level trade certifications, or interest in pursuing credentials such as a Certified Customs Specialist (CCS)
Minimum Requirements:- Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, International Business, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- Minimum Experience: 1-3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or international trade compliance
- Required Technical Skills: Must have at least 1 year of experience with:
- Microsoft Excel including data lookup functions and pivot tables
- Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems
- Transportation Management Systems (TMS)

Salary RangesCompensation: $72,400.00/Year - $118,900.00/Year
