Compensation Package

This role pays $85,000-$100,600 a year, and our powerful bonus program is a big part of why. In addition, we provide;

  • 7 days of PTO in year one, increasing with tenure

What You'll Be Doing

Most of your day is spent directly with patients, planning and delivering hands-on care with the autonomy to treat the way you think is right. That includes:
  • Evaluating patients and building individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
  • Hands-on interventions through manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and specialty modalities
  • Teaching patients and their families about recovery, home exercise, and injury prevention
  • Tracking progress and adjusting plans as patients progress
  • Collaborating with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care
  • Documenting in line with HIPAA and state and federal rules, using AI tools that cut down on paperwork instead of adding to it


Who We're Looking For

We're looking for a PT who genuinely wants to help people move better and wants to keep growing themselves. Ideal candidates have:
  • A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
  • A Colorado license, or eligibility for one
  • New grads welcome. Experience helps, but it's not required
  • Strong communication skills, the kind that put patients at ease
  • Interest in growing into a leadership role down the line
  • Current CPR certification


Physical Requirements

You'll need to:
  • Lift up to 50 pounds
  • Stand, bend, reach, and use fine motor skills regularly
  • Assist patients with mobility, transfers, and therapeutic exercises
