What You'll Be DoingMost of your day is spent directly with patients, planning and delivering hands-on care with the autonomy to treat the way you think is right. That includes:
- Evaluating patients and building individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
- Hands-on interventions through manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and specialty modalities
- Teaching patients and their families about recovery, home exercise, and injury prevention
- Tracking progress and adjusting plans as patients progress
- Collaborating with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care
- Documenting in line with HIPAA and state and federal rules, using AI tools that cut down on paperwork instead of adding to it
Who We're Looking ForWe're looking for a PT who genuinely wants to help people move better and wants to keep growing themselves. Ideal candidates have:
- A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
- A Colorado license, or eligibility for one
- New grads welcome. Experience helps, but it's not required
- Strong communication skills, the kind that put patients at ease
- Interest in growing into a leadership role down the line
- Current CPR certification
Physical RequirementsYou'll need to:
- Lift up to 50 pounds
- Stand, bend, reach, and use fine motor skills regularly
- Assist patients with mobility, transfers, and therapeutic exercises
