The Senior All-Source Technical Intelligence Analyst will provide authoritative scientific and technical intelligence analysis of missile systems, with emphasis on radio-frequency and laser-guided weapons, guidance and control, fire-control systems, data links, warheads, and system performance. The analyst will integrate all-source intelligence, foreign materiel exploitation results, engineering analysis, modeling and simulation, test data, and customer requirements to characterize threat capabilities, limitations, vulnerabilities, and operational implications. The position supports vehicle survivability, acquisition, test and evaluation, and warfighter communities by producing objective, relevant, and timely foundational and tailored intelligence products, technical briefings, database content, and direct subject matter expert support.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as a senior all-source technical intelligence analyst and subject matter expert for foreign missile systems and associated threat technologies.

Research, evaluate, integrate, and interpret intelligence from multiple sources to assess weapon system design, guidance, control, propulsion, warheads, radio-frequency data links, fire-control systems, performance, vulnerabilities, and countermeasure susceptibility.

Plan, lead, and assess foreign materiel exploitation activities, including system characterization, flight trials, telemetry collection and analysis, countermeasure testing, warhead testing, model development, and technical reporting.

Author and coordinate authoritative foundational and tailored scientific and technical intelligence products in accordance with analytic tradecraft standards, sourcing requirements, objectivity, and customer relevance.

Develop and deliver high-level technical briefings and threat assessments to Department of Defense, Intelligence Community, acquisition, survivability, test, modeling, and operational stakeholders.

Provide direct threat intelligence support to vehicle survivability and defensive system development programs, ensuring critical threat characteristics and performance are accurately represented.

Develop, validate, and maintain structured technical data and knowledge-base entries for foreign missile systems and related subsystems.

Identify intelligence gaps, develop collection and exploitation requirements, and collaborate with engineers, analysts, collectors, modelers, testers, program managers, and allied partners to resolve priority questions.

Lead technical exchanges, working groups, and communities of interest involving U.S. government, military, defense industry, and international partners.

Provide technical leadership, peer review, mentoring, and quality control for analytic products and multidisciplinary intelligence efforts.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Intelligence Studies, or a related technical discipline.

15 or more years of experience in scientific and technical intelligence, all-source intelligence analysis, missile or weapon system engineering, foreign materiel exploitation, or a closely related field.

Demonstrated experience analyzing foreign missile or weapon systems and assessing system capabilities, performance, limitations, vulnerabilities, and operational implications.

Demonstrated ability to integrate all-source intelligence with engineering data, exploitation results, test data, and modeling and simulation outputs.

Experience authoring and coordinating foundational or tailored intelligence products that meet analytic tradecraft, sourcing, objectivity, and customer relevance standards.

Experience providing technical intelligence support to Department of Defense, Intelligence Community, acquisition, test and evaluation, survivability, or operational customers.

Experience preparing and delivering technical briefings to senior government, technical, and operational audiences.

Ability to lead multidisciplinary analytic efforts, collaborate across organizations, and mentor analysts or engineers.

Active TS/SCI clearance and ability to satisfy the position's counterintelligence polygraph requirement.

Desired Qualifications:

More than 25 years of experience in all-source scientific and technical intelligence, foreign missile system analysis, or weapon system engineering.

Subject matter expertise in Russian radio-frequency or laser-guided antitank guided missile systems.

Experience characterizing centimeter-wave or millimeter-wave command links, radio-frequency fire-control systems, or laser beam rider guidance systems.

Experience managing foreign materiel exploitation programs, including flight trials, telemetry analysis, countermeasure testing, warhead testing, model development, and reporting.

Experience supporting U.S. Army vehicle survivability, active protection system, acquisition, or special access programs with threat intelligence.

Experience developing or maintaining missile knowledge bases, technical databases, data schemas, or structured intelligence records.

Experience collaborating with allied or multinational technical intelligence and survivability organizations.

Experience leading technical working groups, conferences, or communities of interest involving developers, program managers, modelers, testers, and intelligence professionals.
