This opportunity resides with All-Domain Operations (ADO), a business group within HII's Mission Technologies division. All-Domain Operations comprises multi-domain operations, platforms and logistics, and intelligence operations.

Job Description

HII Mission Technologies is seeking a highly capable All-Source Intelligence Analyst (Intelligence Analyst 3) to provide advanced analytic support to a major Cyber-focused organization. This role is central to fusing intelligence from multiple disciplines to identify, assess, and prioritize adversary cyber capabilities, infrastructure, and activities. The analyst will deliver timely, actionable intelligence to inform planning, operations, and decision-making. This position offers the opportunity to shape mission outcomes in one of the most dynamic and contested domains.

Essential Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct all-source analysis to assess adversary cyber capabilities, intent, and activities.
  • Fuse intelligence from SIGINT, HUMINT, OSINT, GEOINT, and cyber sources to provide a comprehensive operational picture.
  • Produce intelligence assessments, briefings, and reports to inform cyber operations planning and execution.
  • Identify adversary vulnerabilities, trends, and emerging threats in the cyber domain.
  • Collaborate with planners, operators, and interagency partners to synchronize intelligence support with mission objectives.
  • Identify intelligence gaps and develop collection requirements to improve situational awareness.
  • Participate in working groups and operational planning teams as an intelligence subject matter expert.
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of analytic SOPs, processes, and best practices.


Minimum Qualifications

5 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 3 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 0 years experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 9 years relevant experience.
  • Clearance: Active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph.
  • 5+ years of demonstrated experience conducting all-source analysis in support of cyber missions, including assessment of adversary cyber capabilities, infrastructure, and activities.
  • Familiarity with cyber-focused analytic tools, threat intelligence platforms, and network analysis environments.
  • Proven ability to integrate intelligence from multiple sources (SIGINT, HUMINT, OSINT, GEOINT, and cyber) to produce actionable assessments for cyber operations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to brief senior leaders and produce clear, mission-focused intelligence products.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, collaborative cyber and joint operational environments.

Preferred Requirements

  • 7+ years of demonstrated experience conducting all-source analysis in support of cyber missions, including assessment of adversary cyber capabilities, infrastructure, and activities.
  • Master's degree in a related field.
  • Prior experience supporting cyber operations, Cyber Mission Forces, or national-level cyber organizations.
  • Experience using SAP material.
  • Familiarity with adversary cyber capabilities, tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs).
  • Experience with advanced analytic tools and platforms, including but not limited to:
        • All-Source Fusion & Visualization: Palantir, Analyst Notebook, ArcGIS, Maltego
        • GEOINT/Geospatial Tools: ArcGIS Pro, Google Earth Enterprise, RemoteView, or similar
        • SIGINT/DNR Tools: DNI/DNR exploitation platforms, collection management and analysis environments
        • Threat Intelligence Platforms: MISP, Recorded Future, or equivalent
        • Network Analysis & Reconnaissance: Shodan, Censys, Wireshare
        • Data Visualization & Automation: Power BI, Tableau, Python scripting for analytic automation
  • Knowledge of joint and interagency cyber operations planning processes.
  • Experience working in multinational or interagency environments.
  • Prior military service or direct support to military cyber operations


Physical Requirements

May require working in an office, industrial, shipboard, or laboratory environment. Capable of climbing ladders and tolerating confined spaces and extreme temperature variances.
