Location: Hybrid, 3 days in office (21st & Broadway NYC or Chicago).

Responsibilities- Build end-to-end agentic AI systems (agents, retrieval, orchestration, tools) for Studio ventures 0-to-1 through PMF
- Take a venture's first product from scope to ship, then harden for production
- Extract reusable primitives across builds
- Shape what gets built with product strategists and design partners
- Operate across different venture contexts; thrive in ambiguity
Tech stack: Python, LLMs, Agentic AI frameworks, RAG/retrieval, ML model serving, Eval & regression suites, CI/CD, Observability

- 2-5+ yrs at top quant (Citadel, Two Sigma, DE Shaw, Jane Street) or elite tech (Google, Stripe, Ramp, Databricks, Modal) with clear individual output
