This Opportunity:- Lead Master Plans and Environmental Reviews and provide planning support throughout design and construction of airport projects.
- Lead the pursuits of work in Texas, including client pursuit strategy, proposal writing, project scoping and contracting.
- Mentor less experienced planning staff.
- Manage multi-disciplined teams supporting planning projects.
Essential Qualifications:- Demonstrated experience leading master plans at general and commercial airports.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with our team of Airport Planning project managers.
- Experience planning team workloads, mentorship, team best practices, tracking industry guidance/changes, etc.
- Ability to support general aviation project planning for existing clients in general and commercial spaces across multiple geographies.
- This opportunity is open to candidates residing in Austin or throughout South Central/Southern Texas.
Preferred Qualifications:- Experience with TXDOT projects and relationships with TXDOT staff and TX Airports
- Ability to work successfully as a seller-doer
