Full Job Description
STS Aviation Services is hiring experienced A&P Technicians to join our growing aircraft overhaul and repair station in Melbourne, Florida. These are direct-hire, full-time positions supporting heavy maintenance on Airbus A320, Boeing 737, 767, and A220 aircraft.

We are proud to offer some of the highest pay rates in the country, with top-tier technicians earning up to $40/hour, based on experience.

Position Summary:

This role is ideal for aviation professionals seeking a long-term opportunity in a high-performing MRO facility. Candidates must be experienced, licensed, and ready to work flexible shifts to meet operational demands.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an A&P Technician in a MRO or line maintenance environment
  • Strong preference for candidates with Airbus A320 or A220 experience
  • Valid FAA Airframe & Powerplant License required
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • Must have a complete set of hand tools applicable to the position
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain an airport security badge

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to ascend/descend ladders, stairs, and stands
  • Ability to bend, kneel, crawl, and stoop in confined spaces
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted
  • Must be able to work in varying climate conditions and moderate noise levels
