Aircraft Technician - Join a Skilled, High-Energy Maintenance TeamLong Island, NY | Ventura Air Services$45-$70/hr based on experience | Full-Time | On-Site If you're the type of A&P mechanic who can fix just about anything and thrives on variety, challenge, and quality workmanship-you're exactly who we're looking for.
What You'll Be Working On: - Routine maintenance and major repairs on a variety of business jets and turboprops
- Daily work includes aircraft from our Challenger 604 and Citation XL fleet, plus many others
- Diagnosing issues, troubleshooting systems, and executing efficient, quality repairs
- Collaborating with fellow techs, avionics specialists, and leadership to keep aircraft mission-ready
- Expanding your skillset through ongoing, hands-on experience
Requirements
What We're Looking For: - Valid A&P License (required)
- 5+ years of aircraft maintenance experience
- Experience with Challenger or Citation aircraft is preferred, but not required
- Comfortable working across airframes and systems
- Strong avionics knowledge is a plus
- Tech savvy - especially with Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
- Must meet physical requirements of general aircraft maintenance
- Clean driving record and able to pass background check + drug testing
