Job Title: AI Strategy ConsultantJob Summary We are seeking an AI Strategy Consultant to help organizations identify, evaluate, and implement artificial intelligence initiatives that drive business value. The ideal candidate combines business strategy, technology expertise, and change management skills to develop AI roadmaps, assess opportunities, and guide clients through successful AI adoption.
Key Responsibilities - Partner with business leaders to identify AI opportunities aligned with organizational goals.
- Assess business processes and recommend AI-driven improvements to increase efficiency, productivity, and customer experience.
- Develop AI strategies, transformation roadmaps, and implementation plans.
- Conduct AI readiness assessments covering people, processes, technology, and data maturity.
- Build business cases, cost-benefit analyses, and ROI models for AI investments.
- Facilitate AI discovery workshops and stakeholder interviews.
- Advise clients on Generative AI, machine learning, automation, predictive analytics, and intelligent decision support.
- Define AI governance, risk management, and Responsible AI frameworks.
- Collaborate with data scientists, AI engineers, architects, and business teams to translate strategy into execution.
- Evaluate AI vendors, platforms, and technology solutions.
- Monitor AI industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory developments to inform strategic recommendations.
- Support change management, executive communication, and AI adoption initiatives.
- Prepare executive presentations, strategic reports, and client recommendations.
Required Qualifications - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in management consulting, digital transformation, AI consulting, business strategy, or technology advisory.
- Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, Generative AI, and data analytics concepts.
- Experience developing business strategies and digital transformation initiatives.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-focused recommendations.
- Experience conducting stakeholder workshops and executive presentations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications - Experience delivering AI transformation projects across multiple industries.
- Knowledge of Responsible AI, AI governance, and regulatory considerations.
- Familiarity with cloud AI platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Experience with AI product evaluation and vendor selection.
- Consulting certifications or project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum) are an advantage.
- MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
