Develop a strong understanding of the AI talent market, including competing companies, candidate motivations, compensation trends, and the skills required to build production-grade AI products.
Advise hiring managers on talent availability, role definition, candidate calibration, and hiring strategy in a rapidly evolving technical landscape.
Create compelling candidate engagement strategies that communicate Birdeye's AI vision, technical challenges, and opportunity to build products with meaningful customer impact.
Build trusted relationships with candidates and close highly competitive searches through strong communication, thoughtful engagement, and effective offer management.
