Opportunity OverviewThe AI Product Manager I supports the development and delivery of AI products and capabilities, including AI models, agents, and knowledge assets. This role partners with AI product manager II, senior product managers, data stakeholders and business customers to help define requirements, prioritize work, and measure outcomes.
The AI Product Manager I develops an understanding of customer needs, product management practices, AI technologies, and responsible AI principles while contributing to the successful delivery of AI-powered solutions.
What You'll Do- Support AI products and capabilities throughout the product lifecycle.
- Assist with product discovery activities, including gathering customer feedback and documenting business needs.
- Help translate business requirements into product features and user stories.
- Contribute to backlog refinement, prioritization discussions, and release planning activities.
- Monitor product adoption, usage, and performance metrics.
- Partner with data, and business teams to support delivery of AI capabilities.
- Participate in testing, validation, and launch activities.
- Support ongoing enhancement and optimization of AI products.
- Learn and apply responsible AI principles, governance standards, and product management best practices.
- Develop understanding of AI models, agents, retrieval systems, and enterprise knowledge assets.
Position RequirementsMinimum Knowledge- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Product Management, Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
- 1+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, project delivery, technology, analytics, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated ability to gather requirements and work with business and technical stakeholders.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to analyze data and use metrics to support decision-making.
- Interest in AI technologies and product management practices.
Preferred Knowledge- Exposure to AI, machine learning, automation, low-code platforms, or advanced analytics solutions.
- Familiarity with tools used for product planning, backlog management, and collaboration.
- Understanding of customer-centric product development principles.
- Exposure to responsible AI, governance, or compliance concepts.
Candidates that live within a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office four days per week.Talent Capability and Generations Hub Locations: Colleagues assigned to work within a Talent Capability or Generations Hub are expected to work a minimum of four in-office days per week, unless engaged in business offsite. Any changes in strategic direction will be determined by the General Partner responsible for the business segment.
