AI Product Manager

Job Summary The Senior AI Product Manager will lead product strategy, roadmap development, delivery, and post-launch optimization for production-ready AI and machine learning products in a highly regulated, technology-driven environment. The role involves partnering with business divisions and functional leaders to translate strategic priorities and high-value use cases into actionable product capabilities. The Product Manager will be directly accountable for product roadmaps, delivery, and business outcomes while ensuring that AI solutions meet compliance, validation, audit, scalability, and enterprise deployment requirements. The position requires strong stakeholder management skills, technical fluency, and hands-on experience delivering enterprise AI products. Key Responsibilities • Partner with business divisions, functional leaders, and AI liaisons to identify business value drivers, performance targets, and prioritized use cases, translating them into detailed product requirements. • Own and maintain a rolling product roadmap that maps capabilities to high-value strategic use cases. • Prioritize and sequence product investments based on strategic business value and the impact of the use cases they enable. • Collaborate with AI/Agentic Engineering and Applied Data Science leads to assess technical feasibility before committing capabilities to the roadmap. • Own the outcomes of shipped use cases after launch, partnering with business liaisons to achieve defined value targets and performance metrics. • Represent business needs in cross-functional roadmap discussions and ensure alignment among stakeholders, engineering teams, and data science teams. • Incorporate compliance, validation, and audit requirements into product planning and roadmap sequencing. • Drive the delivery of production-ready AI solutions that are robust, scalable, and suitable for enterprise deployment. • Balance strategic product planning with hands-on execution, from concept through post-launch optimization. Required Qualifications • 8+ years of product management experience, with a strong track record of shipping production AI and machine learning products. • Direct experience owning and delivering AI-powered products in an enterprise environment, including accountability for product roadmaps and business outcomes. • Experience managing AI/ML products in highly regulated technology or technology-enabled industries, such as healthcare, medical technology, financial technology, or similar sectors. • Experience operating within compliance, validation, and audit constraints and incorporating these requirements into product planning. • Familiarity with agentic AI or large language model (LLM)-based product patterns and their real-world applications. • Sufficient technical fluency to discuss and assess feasibility with engineering and data science leads. • Strong stakeholder management skills, including the ability to collaborate effectively and share accountability for outcomes with business partners. • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
