AI Practice Leader, Sogeti US

Location: San Francisco, CA (Hybrid OK, No Remote hiring)

About the Role:

Sogeti US is scaling its commercial AI business (AIx) in the mid-market, and we are hiring a leader to help drive the Agentic offering portfolio and the go-to-market motion behind it.

This is a focused, execution-oriented role for someone who wants to build the commercial engine for AI at Sogeti US. You will help shape and commercialize the AIx offerings, drive pipeline alongside sales, sharpen the deal motion, and own a meaningful piece of the AI revenue number. You will join an existing AIx team and partner closely with the Sogeti Practice Leadership and the AIx team members already in seat.

We are looking for someone with deep roots in the Bay Area AI ecosystem and real experience commercializing AI in a services or consulting environment. Someone who knows how to package AI into offerings that mid-market clients will buy, and who can move fast.

What You Will Own:

1. AIx Offerings and Productization

Help shape and commercialize Sogeti US AIx offerings across the Agentic AI: AI Roadmap & Strategy, Greenfield (BMAD-driven multi-agent builds), Brownfield (agentic capabilities on existing systems), Modernization & Migration (agent-ready targets), and Everyday AI. Sharpen the engagement models, outcome frameworks, and pricing.

2. Pipeline and Deal Acceleration

Partner with the Sogeti US sales organization to open, shape, and close AI opportunities across the mid-market. Join client conversations, coach account leaders, develop the pitch narratives that win, and qualify the right opportunities. Success is measured in AI bookings, pipeline velocity, and deal conversion.

3. Ecosystem and Partnerships

Build the strategic ecosystem partnerships that strengthen our AIx offerings: foundation model providers, agentic platform vendors, AI infrastructure players, and the Bay Area startup community. Bring the outside in and create the alliance leverage that helps us win.

4. External Presence

Represent Sogeti US in the AI conversation through writing, speaking, and ecosystem engagement. Build the credibility that makes mid-market buyers want to work with us on their AI agenda.

How You Will Operate: You will join the AIx team and work hand in hand with the Sogeti US practices, sales organization, pre-sales, alliance and partnership teams, marketing, and the broader Capgemini AI ecosystem.

What We Are Looking For: A commercial AI leader with hands-on experience scaling AI offerings in a services environment, and an active presence in the Bay Area AI ecosystem.

Experience:

  • 10+ years in technology services, consulting, or enterprise AI
  • 3+ years owning AI or GenAI offerings in a services or consulting environment
  • Direct experience commercializing agentic AI and GenAI solutions
  • Track record of driving pipeline and bookings on AI deals
  • Strong network in the Silicon Valley AI ecosystem
  • Comfortable in front of mid-market C-suite buyers
