This is advisory/consulting and organizational-change work - application development is a downstream concern the Specialist coordinates on, not the core job. • Establish governance and responsible-AI practices aligned to the NIST AI Risk Management Framework

  • Facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions across executive and technical audiences
  • Build internal capability through structured knowledge transfer, documentation, and training curricula
  • Define and measure AI adoption, business value, and ROI

  • 2+ years partnering with executive leadership and cross-functional technical teams
  • 1+ year providing training, facilitation, or knowledge transfer
