About the job you9re considering
The AI Growth Leader is a senior, client-facing AI leadership role responsible for advancing the AI agenda across a strategic Capgemini account or portfolio of accounts within an industry in the Americas. The role leads the full AI lifecycle, from executive-level advisory and opportunity identification through solution architecture, hands-on development, production deployment, and measurable value realization.
As part of the Americas AI Center of Excellence, the AI Growth Leader brings together client advisory, solutioning, hands-on AI expertise, and commercial growth, working with clients and Capgemini9s strategic AI and hyperscaler partners to translate AI opportunities into scalable, production-ready solutions. Success is defined by delivering measurable business outcomes, expanding AI adoption, and creating opportunities to grow Capgemini9s AI footprint within strategic clients. As a newly established role, the AI Growth Leader will also help shape and mature Capgemini9s approach to AI-led client transformation and growth.
Your role
- Client advisory and AI agenda: Act as the trusted AI advisor to senior client stakeholders. Develop a clear point of view on where AI creates value in the client9s business and shape that view into a prioritized roadmap of opportunities.
- Discovery and problem framing: Lead discovery with business and technology leaders. Analyze the client9s operations and data landscape, ask the questions that surface where value sits and what blocks it, and frame problems in terms both business and technical audiences can act on.
- Solution architecture: Design solution architectures that meet enterprise standards for security, data governance, integration, scalability and cost, and guide delivery teams through to production.
- Hands-on development: Build prototypes, agents and proofs of value personally, using frontier models together with the client9s data and platforms, so that clients can evaluate working solutions early in the engagement.
- Value realization: Define the business case and success metrics for each AI initiative before build starts. Track adoption and outcomes after go-live, report realized value to client and Capgemini leadership, and use the results to decide what to scale, adjust or stop.
- Proposals and pursuits: Lead the AI content of proposals, orals and client workshops for the account or industry, with estimates and delivery plans grounded in direct build experience.
- Reusable assets and ecosystem: Convert proven work into accelerators, demonstrations and industry plays for use across the Center of Excellence and Capgemini9s global industry teams. Engage hyperscaler and AI model partners, and Capgemini specialists in data, cloud and industry, where they strengthen a solution.

- 10+ years of experience in technology consulting, AI, data, or technology services, with demonstrated credibility advising and influencing senior executive stakeholders.

- Demonstrated track record of shaping and delivering complex AI or data initiatives from opportunity identification through production, with measurable and documented business outcomes.
- Strong hands-on AI engineering expertise, including building Generative AI solutions using large language models, retrieval/RAG, agent orchestration, tool use, evaluation frameworks, and Python or TypeScript.
- Strong architecture expertise across at least one major cloud platform and enterprise data ecosystem, with practical knowledge of AI security, governance, scalability, and cost management.
- Deep industry knowledge in at least one sector such as Consumer Products & Retail, Financial Services, Telecom & Media, Energy & Utilities, Life Sciences, or Aerospace & Manufacturing, including an understanding of industry value chains and business economics.
- Strong consulting and commercial skills, with the ability to structure ambiguous problems, identify and qualify AI opportunities, estimate effort and delivery risk, prioritize investments based on client value, and communicate solutions effectively through executive presentations and client discussions.
