Job Description & Summary
The Opportunity
As an AI & GenAI Data Scientist-Senior Associate you will leverage advanced analytics, statistical modeling, exploratory analysis, and data visualization to help solve business problems and inform decisions within our Data and Analytics Engineering practice. As a Senior Associate you will analyze complex problems, manage assigned workstreams, build meaningful client connections, and guide junior team members while navigating ambiguity and deepening your technical skills.
In this role at PwC, you will contribute to AI-driven automation and cognitive solutions by turning large datasets into insights, supporting data-driven decision making, and developing deliverables that align with client needs and broader project objectives.
Responsibilities
- Analyzing complex client problems using statistical modeling, exploratory analysis, and data visualization techniques
- Developing data science workflows that translate large data sets into actionable insights for business decisions
- Building machine learning and predictive modeling solutions using Python, R, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn
- Collaborating on AI and GenAI use cases that support data-driven transformation and advanced analytics delivery
- Designing, testing, and refining data models, data pipelines, and data quality checks for analytical solutions
- Interpreting results and recommendations for client teams through clear technical documentation and visual storytelling
- Applying AI fluency, analytical thinking, and data mining skills to identify patterns, risks, and opportunities
- Mentoring junior team members, reviewing assigned deliverables, and supporting their growth in technical skills
- Managing assigned workstreams while adapting to changing priorities, ambiguity, and client needs
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years of experience

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Analytics/Data Science, Artificial Intelligence/Robotics, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Engineering, Mathematics/Statistics, Operations/Supply Chain, Project/Technology Management, Risk Management/Insurance
- Demonstrating AI and GenAI data science project delivery in client settings
- Applying machine learning, NLP, and statistical analysis methods
- Interpreting complex data to shape recommendations and insights
- Collaborating across teams while managing ambiguity and shifting priorities
- Mentoring junior team members and reviewing workstream deliverables

Job Posting End Date
The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
