Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and AI models for production environments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into software products
- Research and evaluate emerging AI/ML frameworks, tools, and methodologies
- Build and maintain data pipelines to support model training and inference
- Monitor, optimize, and fine-tune deployed models for performance and accuracy
- Develop APIs and microservices to expose AI functionality to internal and external stakeholders
- Contribute to technical documentation and best practices for AI development
Requirements:- 3+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or a related software engineering role
- Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn
- Experience with NLP, computer vision, or generative AI is a strong plus
- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and MLOps practices
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a dynamic environment
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team-first mindset
Compensation: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
