Full Job Description
Nox Group is scaling its Claude AI rollout from executive and director-level use to team-wide adoption across our subsidiaries. We're looking for an AI Enablement Lead to own the next phase: working directly with directors and their teams to turn identified use cases into real, working AI tools - primarily in the form of Claude "skills," reusable prompts, and guided workflows - and to train frontline teams to use them confidently and correctly.
This is not a software engineering role. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and systems thinker who deeply understands how Claude works (skills, projects, prompting, context management) and can translate a subject-matter expert's tacit knowledge into a reliable, documented, repeatable AI workflow - without needing to write production code.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Use Case Solution Translation**
- Partner with directors and team leads to gather and prioritize AI use cases surfaced during rollout
- Run structured interviews/working sessions with SMEs to extract process knowledge (similar to Standard Works development)
- Design and build Claude skills, custom Projects, and prompt templates that solve real team workflows
**Skill & Content Development**
- Own the end-to-end skill creation pipeline: intake drafting testing documentation deployment
- Maintain a library of reusable skills, prompt patterns, and example outputs across subsidiaries
- Ensure consistency with existing Nox Group AI assets (Guru knowledge base, AI Acceptable Use Policy, branded templates)
**Training & Enablement**
- Design and deliver onboarding/training for teams receiving new Claude access or skills
- Create simple, non-technical documentation (quick-start guides, FAQs, video walkthroughs)
- Act as the first line of support for "how do I use this" and "can Claude do X" questions
**Program Management**
- Track adoption metrics by department/subsidiary (usage, seat utilization, use case throughput)
- Maintain a rolling backlog of requested use cases and report status to ELT/directors
- Identify patterns across departments where a single skill could serve multiple teams
**Governance & Quality**
- Ensure new skills/use cases comply with the AI Acceptable Use Policy
- Flag use cases that need engineering involvement (e.g., MCP/API integration) and coordinate handoff to the technical team
- Maintain quality/testing standards so skills behave predictably before wide release
**Required Qualifications**
- 3+ years in a role involving process documentation, training/L&D, business analysis, instructional design, or knowledge management
- Hands-on, practical fluency with Claude or a comparable LLM (extensive personal or professional use - not just awareness)
- Demonstrated experience building or maintaining a prompt/skill library, custom instructions, or similar AI configuration work
- Demonstrated ability to translate ambiguous, real-world processes into clear, structured documentation
- Strong facilitation skills - comfortable running working sessions with directors and frontline staff alike
- Excellent written communication; able to write for a non-technical audience
- Self-directed; comfortable owning a program with light day-to-day oversight
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Background in construction, industrial, or multi-entity/subsidiary organizations
- Experience designing training programs or adult-learning curricula
- Basic understanding of what's technically feasible (APIs, integrations) even without building it themselves - enough to scope work for engineering
**Explicitly Not Required**
- Software engineering or programming experience
- Data science / ML model development background
**Success Metrics (First 6-12 Months)**
- Number of teams onboarded beyond ELT/directors
- Number of production skills built and actively used
- Reduction in "how do I..." support requests via better docs/training
- Director/team satisfaction with AI tools (qualitative feedback)
- Use case backlog conversion rate (requested shipped)
