Overview

Supports enterprise AI enablement by coordinating AI intake, use case discovery, prioritization support, pilot planning, adoption activities, and outcome tracking. Works with business, Technology, Risk, Compliance, Information Security, and other stakeholders to help translate AI opportunities into practical plans, approved pilots, employee resources, and measurable results. Provides facilitation, analysis, reporting, change support, and project coordination to advance Logix’s AI roadmap under leadership direction.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate AI Steering Committee activities, including agendas, materials, notes, action tracking, follow-up items, and status updates.
  • Support leadership in maintaining the enterprise AI roadmap by organizing priorities, documenting decisions, and translating direction into practical workplans.
  • Work with business partners to identify workflow pain points, manual processes, adoption barriers, and potential AI or automation use cases.
  • Maintain AI intake materials, collect required information, and prepare prioritization summaries for leadership review.
  • Track approved AI use cases from intake through discovery, pilot planning, implementation support, adoption, and outcome reporting.
  • Support AI pilots and experiments by documenting goals, success measures, user feedback, issues, lessons learned, and recommendations for leadership consideration.
  • Maintain project documentation, workplans, milestone tracking, issue logs, dependency lists, decision logs, and adoption support materials for assigned AI initiatives.
  • Coordinate with business owners, Technology, vendors, project teams, and control functions to keep approved AI work moving and ensure needed information is available.
  • Help define baseline measures and track results for AI initiatives, including adoption, utilization, productivity, service, risk, and other agreed-upon outcomes.
  • Prepare recurring reports and scorecards showing use case status, adoption progress, key issues, decisions needed, and measured results.
  • Maintain an inventory of approved AI tools, use cases, pilots, vendors, business owners, risks, controls, and implementation status.
  • Research AI trends, financial services use cases, regulatory guidance, vendor capabilities, and peer activity to support leadership discussions and recommendations.
  • Provide practical AI enablement support to business teams seeking to simplify work, improve decisions, strengthen controls, enhance service, or increase productivity.
  • Partner with Information Security, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Technology, and business units to document responsible AI requirements, risks, controls, and ownership for AI initiatives.
  • Monitor relevant AI-related regulatory expectations and share updates with appropriate stakeholders in partnership with control functions.
  • Coordinate employee enablement efforts, including communications, training logistics, responsible use materials, adoption playbooks, and practical resources for approved AI tools.
  • Help reinforce responsible use expectations for confidential information, member and employee data, intellectual property, and unapproved AI tools.
  • Support updates to AI policies, standards, guidelines, and governance materials in partnership with Information Security, Compliance, Risk, Legal, and Technology stakeholders.
  • Assist with AI vendor and platform evaluations by collecting information, documenting requirements, summarizing risks, and preparing comparison materials for decision makers.
  • Perform other related duties and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications

Education

  • 4 Year / Bachelors Degree preferred.
  • Degree in business, finance, technology, analytics, operations, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience.

 

Experience

  • Minimum: 4+ years of experience in strategy execution, transformation, business analysis, technology enablement, analytics, innovation, AI enablement, product delivery, program management, or a related role.
  • Preferred: 4 - 6+ years of experience in financial services, credit unions, banking, compliance, risk, operations, technology transformation, or regulated environments.

 

Knowledge, Skills & Ability
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from concept through implementation, adoption, measurement, and continuous improvement.
  • Demonstrated experience evaluating, implementing, enabling, or driving adoption of AI, automation, advanced analytics, emerging technologies, or related technology solutions in a business environment.
  • Strong practical understanding of generative AI, enterprise AI and productivity tools, and emerging AI capabilities, with the ability to demonstrate and explain practical applications to business leaders and executive audiences.
  • Ability to work effectively with executive leaders, translate strategic direction into practical execution plans, challenge assumptions constructively, and provide clear recommendations that support timely decisions.
  • Ability to translate AI concepts, emerging technologies, business needs, workflows, and operational pain points into practical use cases, business cases, roadmaps, experiments, pilots, adoption plans, and measurable outcomes.
  • Working knowledge of AI adoption, responsible AI practices, governance, risk considerations, change management, value measurement, enterprise productivity tools, data considerations, and vendor evaluation.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, project and program leadership, stakeholder management, analytical thinking, executive presentation, problem-solving, and change leadership skills.
  • Ability to influence and drive accountability across functions without direct reporting authority.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a rapidly changing environment, learn emerging technologies quickly, and balance innovation and speed with appropriate governance and risk management.
  • Experience in financial services, credit unions, banking, compliance, risk, operations, technology transformation, or another regulated environment preferred.
