SharePoint Developer
RBR-Technologies is seeking a SharePoint Developer to support one of our customers in Washington, DC.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for the overall support and maintenance of the Microsoft SharePoint platform and related solutions.
Configure and maintain multiple SharePoint farms in support of partner agencies.
Provide support for authentication and federation with partner agencies, geographically separated farms and replication capabilities.
Serve as the Tier 2 technical support resource within the IT department and act as the SME for SharePoint-related projects and assess/implement new capabilities as needed throughout the organization.
Integrate with the knowledge management teams within DISA and partner agencies
Manage and administer SharePoint and 3rd party tools
REQUIREMENTS
SharePoint Administration & Development: Demonstrated experience administering, configuring, and enhancing SharePoint Online environments, including SharePoint Lists, permissions/RBAC, content and document management, and development of custom solutions using SharePoint REST APIs, JavaScript, and HTML.
Knowledge & Document Management: Experience designing and maintaining enterprise knowledge management, document management, and collaboration solutions, including information architecture, metadata, document workflows, approval processes, access controls, and lifecycle management. Experience with tools such as Confluence and Comala Document Management is highly desirable.
Workflow Automation & AI Integration: Experience designing, developing, and improving automated workflows and state-machine-driven business processes, including the use of enterprise AI APIs, AI-assisted development tools, and prompt/workflow design to improve knowledge management, content processing, and business operations.
Data, Requirements & Systems Integration: Experience gathering and translating business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, data dictionaries, RBAC models, and technical solutions, with demonstrated ability to analyze, map, query, export, and manipulate data using tools such as Oracle SQL Developer, Microsoft Access, and advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities, including PivotTables, PivotCharts, VLOOKUP, logical functions, slicers, and VBA.
