This role addresses these operational frictions by embedding artificial intelligence across HR, talent management, and employee relations functions. Through strategic translation and rapid prototyping, the position turns generative AI capabilities into measurable improvements in workforce efficiency, talent retention, and HR service delivery.
What Success Looks Like- Partner with HR executive leaders to define functional AI strategies, establish performance KPIs, and present Executive Business Reviews that prove ROI and operational value.
- Collaborate with internal AI subject matter experts to design and deploy rapid prototypes and proof-of-concepts using platforms like Google AI Studio for talent analytics, policy querying, and workforce forecasting.
- Navigate technical processes across systems such as Jira, ServiceNow, and core HRIS platforms to ensure cross-functional initiatives move forward without operational delays.
- Enforce data governance and security across employee systems of record to automate executive reporting and maintain strict compliance standards.
- Clear technical and operational barriers for non-technical HR partners to accelerate adoption of generative AI tools across human resources teams.
Skills, Experience and RequirementsCore Skills and Competencies- Deep AI literacy in prompt engineering, LLM behaviors, and generative AI tools to translate complex technical capabilities into practical HR solutions.
- Critical experience in HR technology, HR operations, or talent management with a record of executing cross-functional technology initiatives.
- Advanced expertise in workforce data privacy, employment compliance, and governance frameworks to safeguard sensitive employee information.
- Consultative relationship management expertise to guide, educate, and influence HR stakeholders and business leaders through digital transformation.
- Strategic execution skills to anticipate operational HR requirements, analyze workforce metrics, and make data-driven decisions.
Additional Qualifications- Experience in corporate HR operations, HR service delivery platforms (such as Workday or SuccessFactors), or talent analytics systems.
- Industry AI or HR technology certifications from providers such as Google, AWS, Anthropic/Claude, Glean, or Databricks.
Minimum Requirements- Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum Experience: 5 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Technology, or Information Technology
- Required Technical Skills: Must have at least 3 years of experience with:
- ServiceNow workflow management and HR service delivery integration
- Jira issue tracking and process optimization
- Automated executive reporting, HR workforce analytics, and dashboard creation

Salary RangesCompensation: $110,100.00/Year - $157,300.00/Year
