This job posting relates to an existing vacancy within our organization.

As a Manager in AI/ML Team, you will play a critical leadership role in designing, delivering and scaling AI-driven solutions for our clients. You will lead teams, engage with senior client stakeholders, and translate complex business challenges into secure, ethical and high-impact AI/ML solutions. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with solution leadership, people development and client relationship management.

Your key responsibilities
  • Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of AI/ML engagements, from use-case identification and solution design through development, testing, deployment and optimization.
  • Partner with client leadership and key stakeholders to understand strategic business objectives, operating models and technology landscapes that AI solutions will support.
  • Collaborate closely with architects, data scientists, engineers and cross-functional teams to design robust, scalable AI/ML solutions that integrate seamlessly with clients' existing technology stacks.
  • Provide technical and delivery leadership to project teams, including coaching junior team members and overseeing quality, timelines and outcomes.
  • Establish and enforce AI development and testing standards, including functional, performance, security, privacy, explainability and ethical considerations.
  • Stay current on emerging AI/ML tools, platforms, frameworks and regulations, and proactively assess their applicability to client engagements.
  • Identify and mitigate delivery risks, including model bias, data quality issues, security concerns and regulatory implications.
  • Support business development activities, including contributing to proposals, estimates, solution architectures and thought leadership.

To qualify for the role you must have
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience delivering AI/ML solutions, including leadership of project teams; prior experience in professional services or consulting is an asset.
  • Strong hands-on experience with cloud-based AI/ML services (AWS, Azure and/or GCP).
  • Advanced proficiency in Python and experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch or Scikit-learn.
  • Experience designing and executing testing strategies for AI/ML systems, including functional, performance and model-level validation.
  • Solid understanding of MLOps practices, version control (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines for AI systems.
  • Experience working in Agile delivery environments.


Ideally, you'll also have
  • Deep understanding of AI testing methodologies, including bias and fairness testing, robustness testing, explainability and security testing.
  • Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), Natural Language Processing (NLP) and generative AI frameworks.
  • Familiarity with AI-specific testing and monitoring tools such as DeepChecks or similar platforms.
  • Experience with API design, integration and deployment of AI-enabled services.
  • Experience working with clients operating nationally and globally.
