This position is responsible for overseeing Agile service delivery across multiple teams, driving organizational Agile maturity, managing workforce capacity planning, and ensuring program performance meets customer expectations and contractual requirements.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Program Leadership
Lead enterprise-level Agile programs supporting Federal and DoD customers.

Required Qualifications
Education

Experience
Minimum of 5 years of Program Management experience leading Agile teams or managing large professional services contracts.
At least 3 years of qualifying experience within the last 5 years.
