What You'll Be Doing- Oversee daily the production / maintenance requirements to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
- Train, mentor, and supervise production staff to enhance team performance.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain for timely materials procurement.
- Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
What Are We Looking For- Proven leadership capability grounded in aggregates operations, with a strong focus on developing high performance, safety-driven teams.
- Skilled in evaluating production priorities across quarry, plant and logistics functions to make sound, timely operational decisions.
- Demonstrated commitment to safety excellence, regulatory compliance, and proactive risk mitigation in high hazard environments.
- Effective communicator who collaborates seamlessly with equipment operators, maintenance teams, quality control, and management to ensure alignment and operational continuity.
- Solutions oriented mindset with the ability to identify bottlenecks, optimize production processes, and drive continuous improvement across the operation.
