About the Role:
As an Agentic Enablement Engineer, you will help teams accelerate the adoption of AI-powered agents, automation, and intelligent workflows. Acting as both a trusted technical advisor and hands-on engineer, you will partner with teams to assess their current solutions, identify opportunities to leverage agentic technologies, and deliver practical, scalable implementations that drive business value.

This is a hybrid role that combines technical consulting, solution architecture, and hands-on engineering. You will work directly with teams to understand their applications, APIs, data sources, business processes, and existing automation or AI solutions. From there, you will evaluate opportunities to leverage modern AI, agentic workflows, and automation platforms to deliver measurable business value.

Success in this role requires both strong technical depth and the ability to influence across teams. You will translate business needs into technical solutions, recommend appropriate tools and architectures, and develop prototypes or proof-of-concept solutions that demonstrate real-world impact.

KeyResponsibilities:

• Collaborate with teams to evaluate their current agent landscape, including A2A and non-A2A agents (legacy solutions, Copilot Studio agents, and others), as well as the APIs, data sources, cloud environments, events, and business processes that power them.

• Evaluate existing applications, agents, and workflows to identify and implement the technologies, patterns, and platforms that enable scalable agentic capabilities and business impact.

• Develop proof-of-concept solutions and reference implementations that help teams understand and apply agentic AI capabilities in real-world scenarios.

• Spend 20% of your time learning and experimenting with the latest agentic tools and frameworks, exploring emerging trends, and asking the critical questions that shape future solutions.
• Translate what you learn into clear guidance that accelerates team adoption, while incorporating team feedback into platform and tooling strategy.

Job Qualifications

Required:

• 5+yearsofhands-onsoftwareengineeringexperience

• Strongtechnicalcommunicationand theabilitytoaskgoodquestions thekindthatsurfacethesimplest,mostreliablesolutionto theprobleminfrontofyou

• Hands-onexperiencebuildingorintegratingLLM-basedoragenticsystems

• ExperienceintegratingsystemsthroughAPIs andevents, such as REST and event-drivenormessagingpatterns

• Experiencedeliveringsolutionson amajorcloudplatform(Azurepreferred)

• A trackrecordofenablingteamsandinfluencingwithoutdirectauthoritythroughconsulting,developeradvocacy,orsimilar

Preferred:

• 3+yearsofexperiencewithastronglytypedcompiledlanguagesuch as C#, Java/Kotlin,orGo
• 3+yearsofexperiencewithadynamicscriptinglanguagesuch as Python, Ruby,orJavaScript
• ExperiencewithMicrosoft Agent FrameworkorLangChain
• ExperiencewithCopilot Studio, M365Agents, and Copilotdeclarativeagents
• Familiaritywithagentinteroperabilitystandardssuch as ModelContextProtocol (MCP) andagent-to-agent (A2A)patterns
