Job Summary:
The Agentforce Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and configuring advanced agentic assistants within a custom Salesforce application ecosystem. The role focuses on leveraging Agentforce, Agent Script, and Data Cloud/Data360 to streamline workflows, automate screen-based processes, and enhance user interactions through AI-driven solutions. The developer will collaborate with cross-functional and offshore teams to build Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions, integrate Salesforce technologies, and establish development best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and configure Salesforce-based agentic solutions using Agentforce and Agent Script.
• Collaborate with the development team to design and build Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.
• Work with data objects and develop solutions within Salesforce Data Cloud/Data360 for reporting and observability.
• Participate in design discussions and establish development and design best practices.
• Represent the development team in daily Scrum meetings and communicate technical concepts effectively to business stakeholders.
• Collaborate with and provide technical guidance to offshore development teams to ensure consistent delivery.
• Support integration of custom Salesforce applications with relevant enterprise systems.
Required Qualifications:
• Mid-to-senior-level hands-on development experience in a Salesforce environment.
• Proficiency in Agentforce, Salesforce development, Agent Script, and Data Cloud/Data360 technology.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.

• Experience integrating custom Salesforce applications with voice and console systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to challenge existing approaches and deliver efficient solutions.
