Position Title: Agency Marketing Account Director
A small agency, a larger parent company behind it, and a brand-new office make for an unusual combination. This Agency Marketing Account Director role carries a book of two to three sizable client accounts, with the client relationship at the center of the work. The position serves as the primary link between each client and the internal creative team, and it rewards someone who prefers building trust in person over managing relationships through email and video calls. The role also includes opportunities to add strategy that helps clients grow.
The agency completed a year of rebuilding and now operates under a fresh brand with a goal of up to 20 large and medium-sized accounts. The plan is to become more valuable, profitable, and efficient rather than to add headcount or a larger building. The team is small, the approach to new business is relationship-based with no sales quotas, and the role offers a path toward leading accounts for the agency over time. Hours are flexible within the day, and the work is performed onsite.
Salary Range: $80,000 - $95,000 / Year DOE
