Your Next Big Career Move: Aftermarket Sales Specialist located in Hartland, WI.

The Opportunity (Job Purpose):

Are you ready to make a visible impact? The Aftermarket Sales Specialist will play a pivotal role in supporting the Aftermarket Product Manager to drive market share expansion and boost profitability. This position's core responsibilities include developing, mentoring, and motivating sales teams to enhance aftermarket sales performance within the regions. Committing to extensive travel throughout the territory.

Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

What You'll Do Day-to-Day (Essential Duties & Responsibilities):
  • Develop and execute strategic initiatives to maximize profitability, expand market share, and penetrate new customer segments.
  • Support, develop, and train regional sales teams through sales meetings, one-on-one coaching, and co-selling field activities in partnership with the Aftermarket Product Manager.
  • Perform in-person location visits to authorized retailers at least once per quarter to maintain consistent communication and ongoing operational support.
  • Track regional sales performance, analyze competitor activities, and monitor key market trends to drive data-informed decision-making.
  • Establish and nurture high-value trust relationships across vendor networks, key customer accounts, and internal branch leadership.
  • Oversee quality control complaints across dealer locations, collaborating with teams to implement immediate and long-term resolutions.
  • Identify and adopt modern sales tools, digital resources, and technology to continuously improve sales team efficiency and reach.
  • Participate in Alltrux trade shows, industry expos, and customer events to boost brand presence and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate closely with team members and leadership to continuously cultivate positive experiences for our customers.
  • Perform other dynamic duties and responsibilities as assigned to support business.

  • 5+ years of product management, category management, or marketing experience in the trucking, automotive, transportation, or heavy equipment industries.
