Full Job Description
Katten seeks a highly qualified Counsel to join its Affordable Housing and Community Development Practice Group in the New York office.

The ideal candidate should have 8+ years of experience in multifamily and/or commercial real estate at a nationally recognized law firm representing developers, investors, property owners and lenders in development and financing matters, including tax-exempt bond financing, low-income housing tax credits, agency financing programs (FHA, Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae), and HUD subsidy programs.

Excellent academic credentials, strong analytical and writing skills, the ability to run deals independently, and a client-team focused approach is a must. Candidates should be admitted to the New York bar.

The estimated salary range for this role is $300,000 - $450,000. Salary determinations are made based on numerous factors, such as, but not limited to experience/job history, class/graduation year, and practice area of the selected candidate.
