Job Description Renew Aesthetics is an established aesthetics practice with a strong patient base and consistent demand for injectable and skin treatments. We are seeking a skilled and passionate Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing practice.
This provider will play a key role in delivering exceptional aesthetic care while helping patients look and feel their best through personalized treatment plans and advanced non-surgical procedures.
The ideal candidate combines clinical expertise, aesthetic artistry, and a strong commitment to patient experience. This role involves conducting aesthetic consultations, performing cosmetic procedures, educating patients on skincare and treatment options, and building long-term relationships with patients.
Providers are encouraged to utilize their clinical expertise and aesthetic judgment when designing personalized treatment plans.

Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive patient consultations and aesthetic evaluations
- Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with patient goals and expectations
- Perform non-surgical aesthetic treatments including:
- Botox and other neuromodulators
• Dermal fillers
• Laser treatments
• Chemical peels
• Other aesthetic procedures as trained - Provide education on skincare, maintenance treatments, and preventative care
- Ensure safe treatment practices and maintain strict compliance with medical and regulatory standards
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments, treatment plans, and procedures
- Conduct follow-up appointments to monitor outcomes and patient satisfaction
- Stay current on emerging aesthetic technologies, products, and best practices
- Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure exceptional patient care
- Contribute to practice growth through excellent patient relationships and retention
Qualifications - Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Arkansas
- Experienced aesthetic injectors strongly preferred.
- Minimum 1 year experience in aesthetic medicine required
- Experience with neuromodulators and dermal fillers required
- Experience with hormone replacement therapy required
- Experience in medical weight loss programs preferred
- Strong consultation skills and ability to develop personalized treatment plans
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- High level of professionalism, ethics, and patient care
- Passion for aesthetics and ongoing learning
