Schedule: 4-5 shifts a week, with a minimum of 2 weekends per month
Compensation: Total compensation of $90-$140 hourly, based on performance
THE OPPORTUNITYWe're looking for an Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant or Registered Nurse to join our Irvine team. You'll deliver high-quality aesthetic treatments, build meaningful client relationships and help create the thoughtful, personalised experience OrangeTwist is known for.
You'll combine clinical expertise with a client-first approach, helping each person understand their options and feel confident in their treatment journey. You'll also play an important role in maintaining our clinical standards and contributing to a team that believes there is always room to do things better.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE EXPERIENCEClinical expertise- Conduct thorough consultations to understand each client's goals, concerns and expectations.
- Perform Good Faith Exams and develop personalised treatment plans.
- Administer neuromodulators, dermal fillers and other aesthetic treatments with precision and sound clinical judgment.
- Educate clients on treatment options, benefits, risks, realistic outcomes and pre- and post-treatment care.
- Prioritise client safety, follow clinical protocols and applicable regulations, monitor for adverse reactions, and maintain accurate treatment records.

- A current, unrestricted California licence appropriate to your role as a Registered Nurse, Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
- At least two years' experience with neuromodulators, dermal fillers and other cosmetic treatments.
- Specialist training in medical aesthetics and injectables.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
- A thoughtful, client-first approach and a commitment to safe, high-quality care.
