Aerospace Industrial Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking an Aerospace Industrial Engineer to support aircraft manufacturing and assembly programs. The ideal candidate will drive production planning, scheduling, performance tracking, and data analytics while partnering with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to improve operational efficiency and on-time delivery. Responsibilities include developing production dashboards, tracking build status, and creating visual reports such as bar charts, burndown charts, and assembly progress metrics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Track manufacturing builds, shortages, change implementation, and production status.
  • Develop and maintain production schedules and capacity plans.
  • Create and present bar charts, burndown charts, KPI dashboards, assembly progress reports, and executive metrics.
  • Perform data analysis to identify bottlenecks, improve productivity, and support decision-making.
  • Conduct time studies, line balancing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure schedule adherence and program success.
