What you'll do
Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans that outline key tasks, milestones, timelines, and deliverables to keep everyone aligned.
Risk Management: Keep an eye on the big picture to identify potential bottlenecks (like budget constraints or delays) and implement proactive, creative solutions to mitigate them.
Communication & Stakeholder Management: Lead engaging progress meetings and provide regular, clear status updates to executives, clients, and team members.
Quality Control: Monitor ongoing progress and ensure our final deliverables consistently meet high organizational standards and client expectations.
Engineering Review: Review engineering drawings and prints with a keen eye for quality and constructability.
Pole Attachment Application Submission and Tracking: Ability to submit and track pole attachment applications through the lifecycle, from make-ready engineering to construction completion.
Bridge the Gap: Identify engineering issues early and work to create a seamless, collaborative feedback loop between our engineering and construction teams.
Project Logistics: Create desktop takeoff sheets and submit purchase order requests to keep field teams equipped.
Executive Visibility: Help design, create, and support weekly slide decks for executive reviews, showcasing our team's wins and progress.

Education & Experience: A Bachelor's degree in a related field OR 5+ years of relevant, hands-on work experience.
Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint to manage data and build clean presentations.
The Basics: Legal authorization to work in the United States, and the successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen, background check, and motor vehicle record check.
Preferred Extras (Bonus Points!)
3-5 years of dedicated OSP aerial engineering and construction experience.
Specific regional work experience in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, or Montana.
Direct experience working with Telecom Fiber companies systems and standards.
Proficiency in Smartsheet to track and automate workflows.
