- Maintain complete, accurate and audit-ready third-party records, assessments, and supporting documentation in ServiceNow.
- Monitor TPRM metrics and risk indicators, analyze trends, and prepare concise reporting for management and governance committees.
- Provide practical guidance and training to relationship owners and other stakeholders on TPRM requirements and responsibilities.

- Strong documentation, data-quality, and audit-evidence discipline.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare concise risk reporting and provide practical guidance to stakeholders.
What will make you stand out:- Experience with ServiceNow TPRM, Integrated Risk Management or a comparable workflow platform.
- Experience supporting third-party lifecycle management in a financial institution, Crown corporation or regulated environment.
