Advanced Software Engineer - Avionics Platform

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in safety-critical avionics software development/testing
• Proficient in Python and C++ programming languages
• Experience in developing Object-oriented Software
• Familiarity with DOORS and JIRA
• Knowledge of Git and Bitbucket
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with remote teams

Responsibilities

• Integrate and test complex platform functions for Next Generation Avionics
• Test avionics I/O interfaces and Safety BIT systems
• Support the development of platform-level robustness and safety verification tests
• Collaborate with team members to ensure effective communication and project progress
• Document testing processes and results for compliance and quality assurance
